Our virtual assistant services

AnyCall Ltd provides AI-powered virtual receptionist services designed to answer incoming calls, capture information and assist with business communications.

We aim to provide reliable and professional service; however, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed due to reliance on third-party telecommunications infrastructure.

AnyCall Ltd does not record or store call audio. Calls are processed in real time only and no audio recordings are retained.

Clients are responsible for ensuring the information provided to AnyCall is accurate and lawful. Misuse of the service may result in suspension or termination.

Payments, booking & cancellations

Annual contract plan

The annual plan is priced at £148.99 per month, billed as a 12-month commitment.

Clients may choose:

  • full annual payment upfront, or

  • 6 months paid in advance with the remaining 6 months paid in agreed instalments

Annual contracts are binding for the full term. Early cancellation does not remove the obligation to complete outstanding payments.


Open contract plan

The open plan is priced at £198.99 per month.

This plan may be cancelled at any time with 30 days written notice. Fees remain payable during the notice period.


Payment terms

Payments must be made on time. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

Confidentiality & data handling

AnyCall Ltd treats client information as confidential and takes reasonable steps to protect data.

We process information only for the purpose of providing our services and complying with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data or share information for marketing purposes.

Clients remain responsible for ensuring their own compliance with data protection laws in relation to their customers.

Your agreement with AnyCall

By using AnyCall services, you agree to these terms.

AnyCall Ltd is not liable for indirect losses, missed business opportunities, or damages arising from events outside our control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the previous 30 days.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of any updates.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
